The Keene Town Square, historically called the Keene Commons, will be re-constructed as part of a project to replace the 100-year-old underground infrastructure.  While it is universally agreed this project is necessary for the city, replacing the surface constructs, (roadways, sidewalks, etc.) there are can be several designs.  The timing of this project is critical to local businesses and requires their input to the implementation planning is addressed.
