Traffic Flow Improvements
The diagrams provide improvements for pedestrians around the square and traffic improvements with:
1. New signals - right turn options and traffic flow improvements.
2. Gilbo Ave - right turn and turnaround for Main street traffic alleviating traffic on the square.

Note: North Main to West Street is the longest traffic pattern around the square. This pattern is replaced by this design.
